This property is located in a quiet area on the East end of Panama City Beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and traffic is light. It is a completely different feel than the hustle and bustle of beachfront towers. It is nice and relaxing and is still close to numerous restaurants, attractions, St. Andrews State Park, the marina, and more. The driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles. The inside of the unit has been completely updated as of July 2024. Almost all furnishings and decor are brand new. The kitchen has been stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Note that consumables like spices and coffee are not provided for heath and safety reason. Linens are also provided. Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo are provided, but you will need to bring or purchase these items for the length of your stay. While linens are provided, beach towels are not. There is a queen bed, a full bed. and a sofa sleeper. Max occupancy is 6. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area. There is a dining room table that seats four in the eat-in kitchen and a large picnic table on the patio that will seat six. The back patio also has a charcoal grill. There are grill utensils under the kitchen sink. Please clean the grill and utensils if you use them. There are 3 TVs. The Living room has a 65" TV and the bedrooms each have a 42" TV. Gigabit wifi is provided. You can stream your favorite apps on any of the TVs. Note that we do not provide cable TV. There are several free apps available to stream on the TVs. There are many attractions, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options nearby. No parties or any activity that might elicit complaints from neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm until 9am.

Beach access. We offer parking at our property at 8520 Surf Dr. This location is directly across the street from Beach access 22. This gives you the ability to park right on the beach.
