Tom's place was very safe and comfortable! We spent most of our time on the balcony when we were at the room! The view was beautiful. The place was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable and felt nice after long days at the beach and going out for the night! Here are a few small details about the place that stood out that were appreciated. *Hooks over the back shower wall to hang wet swimsuits. Great idea! *brooms and vacuum in the room *small rugs everywhere (bedside, bathroom, doors) * stocked kitchen- plenty of kitchenware (even a lighter for the on-site grill) * nice seats with tables on balcony *easy parking Tom was responsive when I messaged about losing internet after a pop up storm. Check-in and check-out instructions were lear and easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect place and stay for our family! My husband, 13 year old and 10 year old stayed. Our family was visiting from TN and stayed at Pelican Walk which was right next door. So perfect for us to easily visit one another and meet on the beach! The condo was very clean and the host communicated so well! Would definitely stay here again! It was perfect! Also loved it was on the first floor! Easy for grocery delivery and door dash. Great location to walk to other yummy places to eat and close to all the fun action PCB has to offer!

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s place in Panama City Beach! Sunswept Unit 109 is on the second floor and offers an absolutely amazing view of the beach—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Tom was a great host—responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting PCB!

This spot is perfect! So calm and peaceful, so many seashells, crystal clear water, steps away from the beach. We had the perfect vacation! I look forward to coming back. We had two toddlers and they loved it just as much. I highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! Felt like we were at home. Everything was clean and neat. Great balcony view and walking distance to the beach! Tom was more than a super host! He answered every question we had in a timely manner! My family enjoyed it, and that’s what mattered the most, so thank you Tom! We will definitely be visiting again!

Loved this place would definitely recommend this is my first time booking on Airbnb. Everything was clean and very organized. Beds were comfortable but the only thing is that the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on but beside that I rate this place and the owners a 10/10.

We love this part of town, especially on a holiday weekend. Very clean condo, extremely comfortable bed, great view from the balcony, peaceful pool and beach area, and met all of our needs! Would definitely stay here again!
