Sand & Surf Beach Rentals, Panama City Beach, FL

Excellent little condo right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Parking is easy and the one flight of stairs was worth it for the views. The condo has a great layout and my family had plenty of room. We will definitely be booking again!

Not really walking distance to the beach, but Tom provided access to parking at another of his listings near-by that was right on the beach. Was awakened at night by a smoke alarm but it just needed a new battery. Didn't use the outdoor grill and I mention it only because it wasn't cleaned and we don't want to be blamed. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our stay, everything was just as what was listed. Thanks, Tom & Kristen, we will check with you next time we find ourselves near PCB. - Shaun & Sharon
