Great location, the condo complex is right at the beach and the unit is on the “backside”, but the walk was still just 1min to the beach! The unit was super clean, and the kitchen well-equipped (we used it for few meals). Bed was comfy. And communication with hosts was great, there was a gate code issue and they immediately answered back. Highly recommend staying here!

it was a great place for a father and daughter stay she had her own bedroom and bathroom at one end and I had mine at the other . the condo was very nice with lots of room . you just step out the door to the beach I'm sure we will be back

I really enjoyed staying at this place. Very good location. The owner responded to messages immediately and helped with solving any issues that arose. The apartment is very cozy and we would really like to come back here in the future.

This was the perfect place for a quick and quiet getaway. The beach is RIGHT THERE and was not crowded. Everything I needed was provided. My only ‘complaint’ was the noise from up stairs and that just comes with the territory sometimes. Regardless, I would stay again! Thank you.

Tom's place was very safe and comfortable! We spent most of our time on the balcony when we were at the room! The view was beautiful. The place was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable and felt nice after long days at the beach and going out for the night! Here are a few small details about the place that stood out that were appreciated. *Hooks over the back shower wall to hang wet swimsuits. Great idea! *brooms and vacuum in the room *small rugs everywhere (bedside, bathroom, doors) * stocked kitchen- plenty of kitchenware (even a lighter for the on-site grill) * nice seats with tables on balcony *easy parking Tom was responsive when I messaged about losing internet after a pop up storm. Check-in and check-out instructions were lear and easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect place and stay for our family! My husband, 13 year old and 10 year old stayed. Our family was visiting from TN and stayed at Pelican Walk which was right next door. So perfect for us to easily visit one another and meet on the beach! The condo was very clean and the host communicated so well! Would definitely stay here again! It was perfect! Also loved it was on the first floor! Easy for grocery delivery and door dash. Great location to walk to other yummy places to eat and close to all the fun action PCB has to offer!

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s place in Panama City Beach! Sunswept Unit 109 is on the second floor and offers an absolutely amazing view of the beach—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Tom was a great host—responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting PCB!
