Sand & Surf Beach Rentals, Panama City Beach, FL

We love this part of town, especially on a holiday weekend. Very clean condo, extremely comfortable bed, great view from the balcony, peaceful pool and beach area, and met all of our needs! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent little condo right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Parking is easy and the one flight of stairs was worth it for the views. The condo has a great layout and my family had plenty of room. We will definitely be booking again!

Everything was as described! Bed linens extremely clean and soft! Location was perfect and it’s great being on the ground floor with kids! Plenty of places close to walk to and the beach was perfect! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Tom!

Not really walking distance to the beach, but Tom provided access to parking at another of his listings near-by that was right on the beach. Was awakened at night by a smoke alarm but it just needed a new battery. Didn't use the outdoor grill and I mention it only because it wasn't cleaned and we don't want to be blamed. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our stay, everything was just as what was listed. Thanks, Tom & Kristen, we will check with you next time we find ourselves near PCB. - Shaun & Sharon

This was the 3rd time staying at Sunswept 1st time in unit 403. We had a great stay as always, 403 has ez access to pool and grills. Well kept grounds and a short walk to beach. We will be returning. Thanks Tom for letting us book straight through you. Bruce & Tracy Butler

This condo was excalty what our family was looking for it was wonderful & cozy felt like home, our family enjoyed our stay very much. only bad thing is we had to come back home 🙂. thanks again Tom for sharing you beautiful place with us.

Enjoyed our stay. Tom was very quick in responding. The view is exactly like the pictures and I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Panama City.

Our stay was amazing! This has to be one of the best places we have stayed in PCB. The condo was great! Perfect for our family. Beautiful view! Our only complaint is my husband was too tall to stand up in one of the showers. Tom sent very useful messages about our stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out! The walk to the beach is also quick! We will definitely stay here again!

103 Sunswept is a lovely unit right in the beautiful sugary sands of PCB where peaceful relaxing sounds of the Gulf waves can be heard on the deck with an amazing views. Totally enjoyable and just as described.

The condo was clean, very nice inside, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Check in and out was super easy, and Tom was very good about checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory . We loved our stay and would definitely return.
